  • Who doesn't love finger foods? Sometimes these are the best when prepping dinner, and Teresa has put together just the right amount. Her niche in balancing a meal like finger foods is using divided plates, which allows just enough room per serving.

For tonight's dinner, try mini corn dogs, grapes, sweet raspberries, and a corn casserole recipe by Paula Dean. And you can't call it dinner without the peach yogurt and sprinkles on top. You also have the option of switching out the corn casserole for a fresh ceasar salad, or leave out the yogurt, and make the sweet fruits as your dessert. This will complete your delectable, and well balanced, family meal.

Make this dinner idea yours tonight! If you missed any installments of Teresa's column, be sure to read all of her family balanced meal ideas.
